I have been making Stained Glass pieces since 2021. Initially just as a hobby I am now fully immersed in the medium and always looking to expand. I work in both Tiffany and Leaded work, the ship you see here is Leaded. And the rest is Tiffany. The use of glass in a picture is difficult, trying to tell a story or set a scene using just glass., detail is not its talent, and the use of texture and colour of the glass can have a big impact as in the woman in the wind. As you can see currently I use little paint work, as this requires a kiln to get the best results, my next step possibly. But until then, I’ll continue to make pieces large and small, Leaded and Tiffany.
