I paint realistic portraiture and figure paintings. My predominant medium is oil on wooden panel, also drawing and watercolour.
Client’s commission me to paint portraits. I also sell self-initiated artworks, and limited edition prints. My art is inspired by unity among the human race. By themes of love, beauty, and human connection. My current figurative portrait series of women over 40 gives visibility to the beauty of the older woman flourishing with age.
My commission portraits are emotion filled works to be cherished. Every portrait is as special as the person being painted. The message is positive and inclusive. Everyone is beautiful, everyone is worthy of celebration. If art can spread positivity, I feel that’s a good thing, don’t you?
