Carol Goodchild studied Fine Art and the History of Art at Canterbury and Brighton Art Colleges in the 1960s. She gained an MA in Art and Architecture in 1992. She has exhibited in London and the South East.
Based in Deal for most of her life, her work ranges through landscape, sea studies, the figure, natural forms and architectural subjects. She uses a wide variety of media and continues to experiment within the process of painting and drawing at her studio in Walmer.
