I have been creating for the past 7 years, initially cartoon illustrations and more recently abstract art. I work in mixed media and collage. I am fascinated by the effects of paper weaving on an otherwise flat piece of art.

SEAS is a self-funding and voluntary organisation which promotes, supports and provides a network for our vibrant artistic community in Deal and surrounding areas. SEAS was established in 2004 by a few artists and now has a membership of nearly 60 people, ranging from longstanding professional artists to those who are making a start in the arts.

For nearly 20 years SEAS has organised a dynamic, stimulating and diverse Open Studios/Art Trail event featuring new work by professional and amateur artists in conjunction with other creative events such as the
Deal Festival of Music and Arts https://dealmusicandarts.com and the National Gardens Scheme https://ngs.org.uk
