Just after Easter, within the Passion For Craft Exhibition, Kate Baker will be showing her Spring inspired work at The Horsebridge, Whitstable.
The group have been carefully selected to show a range of crafts and artists and skills, there will be some demonstrations during the course of the week at the Gallery.

SPRING is a new exhibition which presents the creations of talented Designer Makers and Artists who are passionate about crafts. The works on display all draw their inspiration from the exquisite beauty of nature: whether through colours, textures, forms or materials. Although each exhibitor represents a different discipline, there is a commonality in theme, skill, creativity, aesthetics and the highest quality craftmanship.
Escape; Land, Sea and Sky. My first photographic exhibition to be held at The Taphouse Bar Cafe, South Street, Deal from the 9th March. Enjoy some great craft beers and great atmosphere. While you are enjoying your drink please have a look at my work.

Seas artists will be exhibiting a wide variety of art styles, their recent works and giving visitors information on our artist group.

There is a sea view bar at the venue on site and it’s very close to town too.

South East Artists (SEAS) artists will be exhibiting at their annual Art and Craft Festive Fair in Ringwould Village Hall on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th November.
There will be a selection of paintings, textiles, collages, prints, mosaics and woodcraft to view with the opportunity of purchasing direct from the artists themselves.
The fair is open from 10am to 4.30pm each day, entry is free, and refreshments are available at the coffee bar.
Susan Absolon has a painting selected for Wales’s biennial international painting prize exhibition, BEEP Wales. 49 artists were selected from an international open submission of 500 entries. The exhibition is touring from Swansea, and will open in at the Undegun venue in Wrexham on 7th October until 5th November.
She also have a painting selected for the ING Discerning Eye exhibition at the Mall Galleries in London from 17th November. This is an annual exhibition for small paintings, no larger than 20″ x 20″, with a different selection panel each year comprising 2 artists, 2 collectors and 2 art critics.

Her painting “Curfew” (below) has been selected for the Royal West of England Academy’s 164th open exhibition in Bristol. The exhibition opens to the public on Sunday 9th October and runs until 27th November in the RWA galleries, Queen’s Road, Bristol BS8 1PX.
