Redundant crafting materials and equipment

Jane Lopacka will be manning a stall at the Mini Fayre on 29th August called ‘Redundant Crafting Materials and Equipment’. Please dig out all those unfinished projects and left-over crafting items that are hiding in cupboards, attics and garages.  With the best of intentions, you will not finish those projects, but someone might find your odd bits and bobs useful.  Go on, just let it go and experience the release!

The Mini Summer Fayre takes place at St Saviour’s Church, Walmer CT14 7EG.

Portfolio is Turner Contemporary’s annual art competition

Following a call from Kent Community Art Groups, work submitted by SEAS members Patricia Barry and Desi Dimowa were selected from approximately 400 entries. Their art works were chosen by People Dem Collective and The Lived Experience Crew. The work was credited because of its aesthetic qualities and complimentary subject matter entitled “Belonging” accompanying the important current Turner exhibition of work by Ingrid Pollard.
