East Kent Artists’ Open Houses 2018 or EKOH for short is now in its 17th year, bringing together more than 200 artists exhibiting in 67 houses and studios in Canterbury, Deal, Dover, Faversham, Herne Bay, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Whitstable.
All houses are open on the weekends of: 20th/21st, 27th/28th October & 3rd/4th November 2018
11am – 5pm (unless otherwise stated) with free entry.
Deal is one of the town artists’ trails, but as you can see from the poster there are many other towns involved during the same weekends. Please visit the website http://ekoh.org.uk/deal/ for specifics on artists.
We have Kate Baker mosaic muse with her handmade mosaics and glass, Peter Hayes-Watkins (Hayfield) with his contemporary landscapes in watercolour/gouache and acrylic inks, Barry Popple with his pen and ink line drawings, Susan Beresford with her acrylic abstracts, Mike Tedder with mixed media work/prints and finally Linden Hall Studio showing an exhibition of paintings by two local artists.
